Is bout the Uncle Jj's Birthday

Honestly,

i hate the month of April in the whole year.
cause i have to spend a lot , 2 of my bestie was born in this month. =(
Yeah... this year i decided to make a cheese cake for him. mr. JJ
coz he was requesting for it since 4 years ago when i did it for Juztin.
and actually,
i thought of ordering a cake which is in Dslr shape for him.
but i think the price should be quite expensive and will out of my budget.
so.. i choosed to DIY. hoho. ^^
Here is the making of making cheese cake.

the ingredients :)


1. smash arnd 10 - 12 biscuits.


2. melt the butter (150g)


3. pour the butter together with the biscuits and stir it. till become sticky.


4. pour into a mould and make it flat. and put in to the refrigerator.


5. after that, put the cream cheese, 50g of sugar and yolk (keep the albumin)
together and stir it.


6. stir it till the cream become white in colour.


7. pour whole packet of ripping cream (200ml) inside and continue with stiring.
and the albumin too.
8. mix a teaspoon of gelatine with half bowl of cold water. and get it hot.
after that, pour inside the cream and stir it together.


8. until it become smooth :)


9. slowly pour in the mould and put it back into the refrigerator.

Yeah. and it is done.
You can have ur cheese cake after 3 hours or more .
just so simple n easy.
You can add some choc powder or whatever flavour u like to make it more tasty.


yooohooo.. a pure cheese cake without any flavour. only cheeseeeeeeeeeeee =)

We went to a new steamboat restaurant which named as Shabu shabu.
located in De Garden.
The environment is nt bad and is clean depends with other steamboat restaurant.
maybe is because of the lighting.
so comfortable =)

a lot of cheesy food here.. so delicious... my favourite :)

Act this steamboat restaurant is quite ok,
but the only thg that im nt satisfy with is, it close too early.
Last order for food is at 1030pm.
and we can sit there till 11 only... normally steamboat restaurant will close at 12smthg.
so is quite early for us to leave..
After that, we went out and took some pictures outside the restaurant.
planning where is the next destination.
cause it is too early for him to blow the candle ... Haha ^^
At last, we decided to go some where near Tambun Lost World.
act we wanted to go the brigde beside the Lost World,
but gt a pub (i guess it is a pub) there.
Everyone inside the pub were looking at us.
I think there are always no customer for that pub. hahaha~
thats y they were so excited when they saw our cars park outside there.....
so, because of too many ppl were staring at us.
we moved to another corner of the carpark. just far away from them.
We did nthg there.
Just enjoyed the moment when we are together.
we took some pictures there.
giving him suprise there.
is simple... but nthg will be more happy than u re with a whole gang of true frens.

we just stayed there arnd an hour...
After that , we moved on to Parkson's house to play poker.
Mag mag didnt follow us cause she need to sleep early for the next day work.
The 1st time, i won for poker.. I won Rm7. hehe =)

The next day, which is his birthday eve.
I shouldnt let him alone.
So, we went for a movie. thought of watching 【鬼也笑】.
but didnt release in Ipoh...wtf...
changed to watch Rio 3D.
wow..Rm20 per ticket. so expensive. but we have to pay for it,
cause there was no other nice movies alr.
still have more than half n hour before the movie show,
i brought him to the photo sticker machine to take pictures with him.
but unluckily, all the machines are under condition =(
but nvm, he promised me that we will have that soon. hees ^^
we hang arnd in Jusco.
he went to Mph to find some phptography magazine.
but end up with buying nthg, cause the prices are too expensive .

Rio is a movie bout how a rare bird which dont know how to fly because it is a pet bird
escaped from the trading of the villains.
It saved a lot of birds because of his intelligent.
It finally know how to fly because of the true love with another bird which is same
type with it.
This movie is quite nice and we enjoyed with it.
But it will be more better if the movie is nt in 3D mode.
cause my fake lashes are too long for me to wear the 3D glasses nicely.
i need to hold it for the whole movie.
same with the fella sit beside me.. Hahahahahaha... XD

i brought along my baby tuzkii to the cinema too.. :)

After that, we went to Mcd and had a yamcha sessions with Prestney and her friend.
they were keep talking bout the snake which i hate the most.
just keep talking...and talk.
without care bout my feeling.
my mood was bad enough cause their conversation really makes me felt like vomit.
I REALLY FUCKING HATE SNAKE.
Nvr ever talk bout that in front of me again.... i will get crazy for real.

Once again, Happy Birthday to you, my bff.
This is the 4th birthday i have been stay with you.
I dont know i can stay with you for how many of your coming birthday.
I also dont know will you spend ur actual birthday with me anymore.
So, we just live for TODAY.
